    • Obtain and share specific feedback from client and candidate following the interviews.
    • Clarify interest, concerns and/or issues from clients and candidates to help select the finalist.
    • Assist in the salary and benefits negotiations for the selected candidate.

4. Follow-up

    • Provide ongoing feedback to both client and candidate during the transition from resignation to start date.
    • Provide ongoing feedback and support throughout the employment relationship.
